Static pass boxes are used to transfer materials between two rooms of equal cleanliness levels and are designed for minimal personnel movement, while dynamic pass boxes are used to transfer materials from uncontrolled to controlled environments.
Dynamic pass box works like an airlock or laminar air flow unit.

Dynamic Passboxes / Dynamic Floor Laminar Hatches (DPB/DFLH)

LuxMed Dynamic Passboxes (DPB) and LuxMed Dynamic Floor Laminar Hatches (DFLH) are aseptic architectural systems used to prevent contaminants from leaking into aseptic suites.

Easy to clean design

• Material of construction of DPB/DFLH is full stainless steel with interior rounded/coved corners at its base which is easy to clean.

HEPA H14 filtration

• ISO Class 5 / Grade A environment within the chamber.

• HEPA (H14) knife edge gel-sealed main filter and G4 pre-filters to increase the main filter lifespan.

Simple switches or I-Smart microprocessor control

• Coved corners at the base with enhanced perforated grille system for full downflow in critical corners.

HEPA filter integrity testing capability

• PAO injection port provision for HEPA filter integrity test.

Flanges provision

• Flanges ensure there's no space between the wall and unit upon installation.

Differential pressure across filter monitoring

• Selection between magnehelic gauge or digital display of differential pressure value across filters (via I-Smart controller with filter load alarm).

Principal

• Dynamic airflow provides an air barrier to prevent contaminants from entering into critical controlled environments during material transfers.

• Vertical purging to trace any contaminants that have potentially entered post material transfer.

• Unit operates with a recirculating airflow and on-board fans; external ducting is not required.
