H2 (Size 4): LuxMed Horizontal High Pressure High Vacuum Steam Sterilizer Rectangular Type with Vertical Double Door

LuxMed horizontal, high-pressure, high-vacuum steam sterilizer comes with a rectangular chamber, vertical double door, integrated steam generator, and fully automatic operation.

The chamber is fabricated with full argon/LASER welding and rounded corners for easy cleaning, with a 2% slope for complete drainage. It includes safety valves and compounding gauges on both sides. Pure steam is used for sterilization. SS304 removable circular-section railings are provided for easy cleaning.

H2 (Size 4): Parts and Accessories

Water-Based Vacuum Pump: Kirloskar 1HP Three-Phase Mono-block Pump (Model KV-20) for pre- and post-vacuum.
Water Filling Pump: Kirloskar Chotu 0.5HP pump for auto water filling.
Chamber Baffles: SS304.

H2 (Size 4): Insulation of Shell

The chamber and doors are insulated with 50mm resin-bonded glass wool and cladded with SS304 sheets, ensuring external surface temperature does not exceed 55C.

Manual door handle and lever are provided with silicone covers for safety and insulation.

H2 (Size 4): Steam Generator

A steam generator (Ref. Inline Table A and B) is mounted below the chamber to supply dry saturated steam to the jacket and chamber via a steam dryer. DM water must be supplied by the client for pure steam generation.

H2 (Size 4): Door Manual Operation

Available with single or double manual doors. Doors are made of SS304 and sealed with a movable silicone gasket. Door status indicators are provided on both sides. Safety features include interlocking (for double-door models) and obstruction detection.

H2 (Size 4): Flush Mounting

SS304 sheets are provided on the unloading side and fixed to the wall to prevent cross-flow of sterile air into the non-sterile area, ensuring proper separation.

H2 (Size 4): Valves and Piping

All chamber-contact valves and pipelines are SS304; non-contact components are also SS304. Solid-bar connectors prevent cracking. All pipelines are argon-welded with smooth finishing.
Process valves are sanitary-grade. All utility connections are grouped at a single corner for easy access.
Drain lines include a removable screen plug to prevent clogging.
Pneumatic lines are made of copper tubing with brass/SS connectors.
